Camellia Sinensis Premium Matcha Barista is a shade-grown, first-harvest matcha from Guizhou, China, crafted for lattes, smoothies, and baking. It offers a bright green colour with smooth vegetal notes, subtle milk chocolate sweetness, and a balanced, energizing finish thanks to cultivation methods inspired by high-end Japanese matcha.
PREPARATION
Quantity 2g /Ā 50 ml of water
Temperature 90°C
To prepare a good Matcha, just follow a few simple, but precise, steps.- Sift the desired amount of Matcha using a matcha sifter.
- Heat the chawan (bowl) with hot water.
- Discard this water and wipe bowl with a clean cloth.
- Measure 2 g (1 teaspoon) of sifted Matcha to the center of the bowl.
- Carefully pour 50 ml of water at 90°C onto the tea.
- Whisk vigorously with a Chasen (Matcha whisk) for around 30 seconds until an even foam develops.
- Taste and enjoy!
