From the high plots of Las Pirias, Eli Espinoza produces this exceptional Geisha. After a 24-hour in-cherry shade fermentation and a 36-hour parchment soak, the coffee is dried on raised beds. The result is a silky, complex cup featuring elegant bergamot and candied orange notes with a refined chocolate finish.
