This washed sugar cane decaf from the Mujeres de Berruecos project in Arboleda, Nariño, Colombia, brings together the work of smallholder women producers under the leadership of Francy Castillo. Grown up to 2100 MASL and decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate process, the cup is smooth and comforting with notes of brown sugar, hazelnut, and red apple—reflecting both quality and the project's commitment to sustainability and empowerment.
