This decaffeinated community lot comes from 14 smallholders near Buesaco, Nariño, Colombia. Featuring Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo varieties, this coffee undergoes the EA Decaf process, which preserves a sweet and balanced profile. The result is an excellent cup with notes of dried orange, rich panela, and juicy raspberry.
