At Eight Ounce Coffee, we want you to love your brew as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused equipment and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that for quality control and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee beans or consumable food items.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of the delivery date.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items with the RMA clearly marked on the exterior and ship them back to our warehouse using a tracked service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
